The holiday season can be a stressful and emotional time for all of us for many different reasons: it can highlight past issues and stressors, family gatherings can send us into a tail spin, and it can create a lot of financial stress all of which can really take a toll on our emotional, physical and energetic well-being.
Though there is often little we can do to control others and what's happening in our outside environment, there is a lot we can do to shift our experiences and reactions, thus changing how we relate to and manage stress.
This workshop teaches you tools to help you manage holiday stress from a mind/body perspective, integrating mindfulness strategies such as breath work, meditation, and body movement. We include education, and practical practices that you can use right away that will shift your relationship with stress.
