The space is incredible. It truly does feel like home. I have taken classes with Emily and she has such a calm presence and does a really good job of listening to what her students want and giving it to them. Love this place for yoga and massage!

The number one thing about this studio is NO MIRRORS! So hard to find studios in Denver that don't have mirrors. There are some, but now there's finally one in my neighborhood.A great little studio, perfect for all levels. Check it out, you'll like it.
Highly recommend Home Yoga studio! I booked a private class for my bachelorette party and the class was amazing! The teacher was very friendly and kind and Liz who helped me organize was also very helpful when it came to booking the class- I will be returning for regular classes!
As an in-house practitioner--I am a counselor and creative arts therapist--I can tell you that this is the first place in my 20 yr career where I have felt a true healing energy in not just the therapists and healers, but in every aspect of the space itself. HoCo is a group of skilled, compassionate holistic health providers practicing in a relaxed, welcoming home where clients can feel like they have guides and companions to support them, rather than a cold, clinical place where they are treated as "cases" or even "patients."
Home is the place you want to do yoga. The space is welcoming and calm, and the staff is supportive no matter what your level of practice. There's no "scene" here, just solid teachers who care about the needs of you and your body. If you can catch a class with Emily, even better!
